How To Use
- Multivitamin (Maroon Tablet): One tablet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Multimineral (Pink Tablet): One tablet on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Amino Acid (Black Tablet): One tablet twice a day on Sunday (morning and night).
- Swallow the tablet intact with water.
