Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept exchange or returns on our products. We will only consider returns/replacements if your order(s) is in a damaged/defective state or is expired or in case you’ve received an incorrect product. Such products will only be considered if they are in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition.
Note:
- Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.

In case of Customer returns, the customer needs to pay the reverse shipping charges. (Customer returns occur when a customer desires to return an unused and sealed product. In these cases, the initiative to return originates from the customer, and as a company, we acknowledge that the reason for return is not due to any fault on our part)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
